Most of my turquoise jewelry pieces were from my grandmother, who we called Nana. She had a lot. When she passed away, the more expensive, less funky jewelry was given to the other women in my family. But being the offspring with the funkier taste, I got the ring in this photo and the bracelet. The costume jewelry string necklace was also hers. My mother got the drop earring for me at a trading post on our way from Sedona to the Grand Canyon. The headband is from Family Dollar.
