I think I've mentioned that I trim my own bangs. My favorite tutorial on how to do that is here, from Susie Brown of the Jane Dears. Then I gave it a light, shinier boost of color as well.
I wish it were as cherry red as above. But hat's just me messing with the Instagram filters.
I'd say this is the most accurate to what it looks like. I did conturing on my cheeks and jaw line, highlight on the cheekbones and brow, then purple eyeshadow and all around eyeliner brushed around hte eyes. Topped with a long cat-eye liner. I love the truly cattish effect it gives. THe curls I got but spraying hair spray, letting it dry, then curling with a curling iron.
